What to migrate
Nothing that works. Bots earn their keep on the jobs you never automated: the weekly follow-up on 30 stale deals, the invoice inbox, the review replies, the supplier chasing.
How they connect
Zapier drops things into a Bot's intake (a Slack channel, a sheet, an inbox). The Bot works it. Zapier picks up the Bot's output row and fans it out. It's the same plumbing-plus-judgement pattern as with n8n.
