WhiskerBeacon exists for one kind of business: the independent veterinary clinic, one to five locations, where a small team already has more important work than chasing a list of overdue patients.
The story
We watched the industry numbers slide: active clients shrinking, lapsed patients climbing, and veterinary teams working harder for every visit. Inside most practice databases sits a quieter problem: hundreds of owners who already know the clinic, already trust it, and simply drifted past the date they should have returned.
So we built Biscuit: a focused retrieval service that turns a lapsed-patient export into personal, pet-specific outreach. Biscuit prepares the list, sends measured daily batches from an inbox the clinic controls, watches replies, and reports the patients and revenue recovered each week.
The whole thing is done for you, because clinic owners do not need a seventeenth piece of software to configure. They need the recovery work done.
